Buyer shall have the right to assign this agreement and all rights hereunder, provided the assigns assumes all obligations of buyer and seller approves assignee’s financial responsibility within ____ days after receipt of notice of assignment.
Seller shall not disapprove unreasonably. If assignment is not disapproved in writing within said time, this condition shall be deemed waived. (Optional) Good for Seller not good for buyer
Seller’s approval of the assignment shall not relieve buyer of his liability hereunder.
One time assignment
Buyer shall not assign this contract or any rights or interest hereunder without the prior written consent and approval of seller, except that buyer shall have the right without first obtaining the consent and approval of seller to assign buyer’s entire rights under this agreement to _________________________. (Optional) , provided however that buyer shall remain liable hereunder, notwithstanding such assignment.
