The amount or
rate of real estate commissions under this agreement is confidential information to
the Seller and CENTURY 21 Alpha regardless of whether it was provided before or
after the date of this Agreement or how it was provided. Such information shall
only be disclosed by each Party to such Party's Associates on a "need-to
know" basis, strictly for the purposes of evaluating the proposed transaction
or for facilitating its consummation. Otherwise such information shall be held
in the strictest of confidence.
