NOTICES.
Notices, requests, or demands by either Seller or Buyer shall be in writing and shall be delivered personally or mailed via registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, addressed to Seller or Buyer at their respective addresses herein set forth, with copies to the real estate agents and escrow officer. If mailed pursuant to this paragraph, notice shall be deemed given when mailed.



NOTICES IN WRITING - LONG VERSION.
All notices required or permitted hereunder to be given to the parties to the contract or to escrow shall be given in writing by personal delivery by facsimile, or by depositing the same in the United States mail, registered or certified, return receipt requested, and postage prepaid. In each event, they shall be addressed to the parties or their respective broker at the addresses and/or facsimile numbers, as the case may be, set forth in the contract or to such other address or facsimile number as either party shall provide to the other party hereto in the manner set forth in this paragraph for the giving of notice. Any written notice sent by registered or certified mail shall be deemed to have been received by the addressee as of the date it is mailed in accordance with the foregoing provisions.

 Notices, requests, or demands by either party shall be in writing or shall be given personally, sent by facsimile transmission, or by Registered or Certified Mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed to Seller and Buyer at the mail or fax addresses set forth herein. Notice shall be deemed given, when properly transmitted or deposited in the mails.
